3000 pounds (from one acre) of Chardonnay grapes at 24.8 Brix were hand picked and selected on September 10th, 2017 then carefully de-stemmed and gently pressed into a jacketed stainless tank to ferment for about 3 weeks – and finally moved to new vessels for bulk aging. The original artwork on the label was inspired by the passion that goes into every bottle of wine to connect the taster with the environment it comes from. A place of plentiful sunshine with cool nights, rocky soils and steady light winds to keep the vines happy & healthy. Please enjoy a taste of Nirvana.
