2500 pounds of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes at 26 Brix were hand picked and selected on September 6h, 2017 then de-stemmed to bins to ferment in the wine cellar for 10 days then gently pressed into stainless aging tanks. The original artwork on the label was inspired by the passion that goes into every bottle of wine to connect the taster with the environment it comes from. A place of plentiful sunshine with cool nights, rocky soils and steady light winds to keep the vines happy & healthy. Please enjoy a taste of Nirvana.
