These grapes were harvested on September 24th, 2016 at a Brix of 24. To create a more full-bodied wine we destemmed, cold-fermented for six days, then gently pressed the must into a French oak barrel where it was bulk aged for about nine months. Like all our wines, this Cabernet was bottled after being clarified through a tight filter.

Rose petal, boysenberry, raspberry, espresso and peppercorn scents; red currant, raspberry, boysenberry, black tea, clove and peppercorn flavors on full, succulent palate. Long, gentle finish with soft notes of nutmeg and cinnamon. Luscious.
